With over 15 years of teaching experience, our phonics educator is dedicated to helping children build confidence in reading, speaking, writing, and communication skills. Using simple, structured, and activity-based teaching methods, students learn phonics in an engaging and enjoyable way. Special focus is given to letter sounds, blending, segmenting, pronunciation, and spelling rules to create strong language foundations. English grammar is also taught up to Grade 5 to strengthen overall communication skills. Classes are conducted in English, Hindi, and Marathi, making learning easy and accessible for young learners, beginners, and village students in a supportive and encouraging environment.

An accomplished academician and educational leader with 39 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in higher education. Served as Principal of Jamkhed Mahavidyalaya and spent over three decades as Professor and Head of the Department of Electronic Science at S.M. Joshi College, Pune. A NAAC coordinator, researcher, author, and quality assurance expert, he has published three books, completed multiple research projects, and contributed extensively to academic development through national and international conferences.
